By making a booking enquiry or using any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all clients.
“Elite Class Travel”, “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the company providing the luxury van service.
“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or business requesting our services.
“Service” refers to the luxury van transfers and related offerings provided by Elite Class Travel.
All bookings are made via email or phone call and are confirmed directly with a member of our team.
Once your details have been confirmed, you will receive a formal booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We recommend providing as much detail as possible (e.g., pick-up time, address, number of passengers, occasion) to avoid delays.
Payment terms will be discussed at time of booking and confirmed via invoice.
A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of service.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as agreed in writing.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charge.
We aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early to every booking.
A grace period of 15 minutes is included. Wait times beyond this may be charged at our hourly rate.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and offer a 60-minute grace period after landing.
Clients must treat the vehicle with respect and care.
No smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behaviour is permitted at any time.
Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking client.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a risk to the chauffeur or vehicle.
Offensive, aggressive, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
While we strive to provide punctual, flawless service, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, road closures, weather, or acts of God.
We are not responsible for items lost or left behind in the vehicle.
Our vans feature luxury interiors, ambient lighting, entertainment systems, and chilled refreshments (upon request).
Specific features (e.g., PS5, LED starlight ceiling) may vary by vehicle and must be confirmed at time of booking.
Alcohol is permitted only when agreed upon in advance and in accordance with UK law.
No glass bottles. All drinks must be pre-sealed or stored safely.
If children are travelling, please inform us in advance.
Child car seats must be provided by the client or requested at time of booking (subject to availability).
We accept no liability for misuse of client-provided seats.
Our vans seat up to 6–7 passengers depending on the model.
If your group exceeds this number, we may be able to arrange multiple vehicles (advance notice required).
From time to time, we may request permission to photograph the interior or exterior of the van during service for social media or promotional use. No client images will be used without consent.
We are not liable for any disruption caused by events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, national emergencies, government restrictions, pandemics, or strikes).
Your personal data (e.g. phone number, email address, pickup location) is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties.
You may request to have your data removed at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels within the UK.
