Due to the Landjet custom spacious cabin area, the rear luggage compartment is limited to 5 large cases. This is normally sufficient for most family holidays. Check out our Gallery to see our internal photos.
If you require a larger space, we can offer our Business V class or larger vehicles.
We track every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed your pickup time is automatically adjusted — at no extra charge, no matter how long the delay. If you have specifically booked the Landjet, and your flight is delayed longer than one hour, a suitable vehicle may be substituted in the unlikely event the Landjet becomes unavailable.
Collection points for different airports vary. Your chauffeur will make you aware of the procedure and will either be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board or designated pick up zone. You'll also have their direct contact number in your booking confirmation.

We prefer to use your own child seat to ensure it is the most suitable and safest for your child. This must be fitted by a responsible adult. All vehicles have ISOFIX. For your convenience, we are happy to store your child seat securely for your return journey.
In the unfortunate event of security and luggage delays, we allow a 60-minute grace period after landing.
After this time, the Elite Class Travel reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover drivers wages and parking fees.
