A Typical Partner Booking
Send us the details. Pick-up, destination, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage, by WhatsApp, email or phone. For airport runs, add the terminal and return flight number for flight monitoring.
We confirm in writing the avialability, vehicle details, price and payment terms prior to confirmation.
We look after your client. Your chauffeur meets them at the agreed spot, and complimentary drinks, WiFi, and entertainment are waiting on board.
You stay in the loop. Real-time updates, so you’re never the last to know.
We invoice you. You settle up with us, and your client doesn’t have to think about payment.
Trade Rates & Billing: Regular partners get trade rates agreed upfront, quoted before you commit, so you can add your own margin or fold the transfer into your package. We invoice per booking / monthly on a consolidated invoice and payment terms, with full VAT invoices. Cancellation terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

As a fully licensed private hire operator we comply with our local authority triple-lock licensing requirements as standard. We would always encourage anyone booking private hire transport to verify their driver's credentials before travelling — with Elite Class Travel you can book with complete confidence that everything is in order.
Absolutely—our spacious vehicles are ideal for small groups and VIP parties.
As early as possible for popular dates, weekends and special occasions. However we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests. If we are not available, we may be able to secure you a journey with our partner network in a similar vehicle — just get in touch and we'll do our best.
Don't worry — we monitor all flight arrivals in real time and will adjust your collection time accordingly at no extra charge. If we are unable to fulfil the new time, we will arrange a suitable vehicle to the nearest spec possible,
All prices are quoted including VAT, Tolls, Congestion Charges, Parking and drop off fees.
For wait and return, an hourly rate will be quoted.
We aim to arrive with you 10 minute's prior to arranged time, in order for swift departure.
For Airport arrivals, we aim to arrive 45 minutes after landing, and allow 30 minutes after this time before waiting charges are applicable.
